PASSATION
"On the occasion of Norac's 30th anniversary and the generational change in its family governance, Bruno Caron asked Michaël Cheneau to design an object, which could be presented to participants during the event. This object, 275 sculpture designed by matali crasset, was to embody the spirit of the company and its employees. This sculpture was very much appreciated by the participants. It carries a very strong symbolism, the "stand up", the gold in the hands, the union and many other things.
Bruno Caron, Founder of Norac
The Norac group is an ambitious adventure, now on five continents, with competent and committed managers and employees, and innovative quality products based on traditional craftsmanship. Special attention is paid to human relations and many of our projects and organizations are designed around people.
How to express the transmission of a company through an object, it was the commission of a company to the Gallery MICA.
"Transmission is something that is close to my heart. I find it interesting to materialize it symbolically and to formulate it so that it can be anchored as a stage in life. Formulating it allows us to reaffirm the values that we must all share together. This sharing of values means that we don't come to work just to meet our needs, but also in part to make the common good come alive. This is what allows us to move forward together.
Symbolically, the project highlights the interdependence of each other. We form an ecosystem together. We're connected and we materialize it, we hold hands and elbows to face adversity. "
