Odile Decq opened her architecture agency in 1978, just after graduating from La Villette, while at the same time she began her studies at Science Po, Paris. Then she graduated in Urban Development in 1979. By asking questions about commisions, uses, materials, the body, techniques and taste, the architecture of Odile Decq’s agency offers a paradoxical outlook on our world; a mixture of tenderness and severity.
