It is around a new artistic project that the MICA gallery orchestrated the meeting of a designer, a blacksmith, a cabinetmaker, a turner and a technical stage. From this know-how was born Sonogonos: a unique and sonorous lounge chair. Its sleek and comfortable lines have been designed in close collaboration with an ergonomist and adapt to each morphology. A palindrome that rocks reading, Sonogonos oscillates in its name and form between awakening and sleeping. Craftsmanship and design infuse materials to magnify human time. To the rhythm of a soothed breath, the random sound of the chimes marks and accompanies the slide towards contemplation. Sonogonos is the fruit and praise of time: a profoundly human and universal object.
