This sculpture is the transposition in volume of a drawing from the series: Les trognes made during the confinement in spring 2020. It also echoes a twin sculpture Passation whose body has a head. It evokes the need to be together, to form a community: It evokes the need to be together, to form a community: the members hold hands as they would hold elbows. And so, a new harmony is born from this interconnection symbolized by the circle generated by the two hands, like links in an endless chain.

The characters have no head, in order to put individuality in the background. Their union allows the creation of a collective consciousness. An impetus that would allow, rather than each one remaining on its positions, its privileges to create a new common direction. Rounds are human scales, it is at this scale that we will manage to understand, to go beyond complexity and to create again practices of engendering a new habitability of the world so dear to Bruno Latour.

The figure that stands upright, she is standing, mobilized, we can count on her. By placing them against each other, we generate a round that wants to make us think of a shared future.
